Meet Holly

APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Holly is an APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist having completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from The University of Notre Dame Australia in 2014 and Master of Clinical Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) from Curtin University. She has also completed further training in Orthopaedic Manual therapy through Manual Concepts. Alongside clinical practice, she is involved in teaching Physiotherapy at The University of Notre Dame Australia.
Having competed in middle-distance and cross country running at state and national level, as well as participating in competitive weightlifting and hockey, Holly understands the sporting experience firsthand. She knows what it is like to train towards a goal, manage injuries and setbacks. This lived experience shapes the way she works with people from sporting backgrounds.
Equally Holly has a strong interest in persistent and complex pain, difficult to diagnose presentations and helping people seeking a second opinion. She enjoys taking the time to listen, look beyond the obvious and work through the "why" behind a problem.
Holly brings a curious and thorough approach to her assessments. She combines her musculoskeletal expertise with hands-on treatment, exercise and movement based rehabilitation to help people understand their presentation and find a practical, individualised way forward.
